The Indiana Council for Continuing Education (ICCE) is a professional organization that represents continuing education (CE) efforts at Institutions of Higher Education (IHE) and other organizations that promote adult learning in the state of Indiana. ICCE is the only state-focused continuing education organization in Indiana.
Members include organizations that provide continuing education activities such as:
ICCE supports its member institutions by increasing the contribution of continuing education efforts and lifelong learning initiatives for adult learners. ICCE accomplishes this effort by establishing and maintaining the highest standards of professional practice; fostering a network of cooperative relationships among continuing educators statewide; serving as a forum for the exchange of information and ideas; acting as an advocate for its members; and being a leader in s
haping public dialogue about continuing education and the role of lifelong learning for adult learners.

Jim Fong is the founding director of UPCEA’s Center for Research and Consulting. He has more than twenty years working as a strategic marketer and researcher in the higher education community. Prior to joining UPCEA, Jim worked as a higher education strategic marketing and CRM consultant and researcher for two firms and prior to that was the Director of Marketing, Research and Planning for Penn State Outreach. Jim continues to teach graduate and undergraduate marketing and research classes online and face-to-face for Penn State University, Duquesne University and Framingham State University.
Jim holds an M.B.A., an M.S. in Applied Statistics and a B.S. in Mathematics, all from The University of Vermont. In 2004, UPCEA awarded him the Adelle Robertson Award as its Continuing Professional Educator for the year. That year, he also received the Mid-Atlantic Region’s Distinguished Service Award.
